Third-period goals from Katy Josephs and Cayley Mercer gave Canada a 3-2 lead, but the Americans would
fight back to earn the win and the sweep in Lake Placid. Emily Fulton scored the other goal for Canada in a
losing cause.

Meghan Dufault completed Canada’s comeback to force overtime with just six
seconds to go, but it wasn’t enough as the Canadians fell to the Americans for the second day in a row. Laura
Stacey had the other goal in the loss.

Gabrielle Davidson opened the scoring for Canada and Ann-Renée Desbiens made 38
saves in a solid effort between the pipes, but it wasn’t enough as the Americans scored the game’s final four
goals to hand Canada the loss.

scored third-period goals as the National Women’s U22 Team pulled away in the final frame to score a win over
the National Women’s U18 Team.

under-18 world champions in 2010, are a part of the 22-player National Women’s Under-18 Team roster announced

the first period, sparking Red to a win over White in the final game before the U18 team is chosen. Sarah
MacDonnell scored Red’s other goal.
